Life Adaptation Teaching and Its Content of Mental Health Education in Primary School

Life adaptation is an important component of the dimension psychological quality structure primary school students, and it index to evaluate mental health students. Abstract: When teaching life adaptation, teachers should take goal nature course as their own action guide. On basis grasping basic concept course, flexibly design ideas implement implementation suggestions. in education can help students improve adaptive ability level.
